Joshua D. Xerri began his legal career in the United Kingdom, where he was Called to the Bar of England & Wales. After working for a time in London, Joshua moved to North Carolina, and earned a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from Wake Forest University’s School of Law, with a focus on Criminal Law.

After graduation and tranferring his law license to North Carolina, Joshua practiced with Tarlton Law PLLC in Raleigh, where he represented clients across the state, as well as in federal courts in North Carolina and across the country. Joshua has represented clients in cases from misdemeanors through to first-degree murder. His approach is focused, no-nonsense representation with a commitment to leave no stone unturned and to stand up for your rights, whatever your situation or background.
